Our Country

Our country, Myanmar which is about three times the size of the United Kingdom is situated on the Pensisula of Indo-China. It has a population of over forty eight millions. Most of the people are Buddhists and it would be difficult to find a town or a village without a pagoda. So our country is sometimes noted as '' The Land of Pagodas.''
